CT Clayton Sr., P.E., Inc. was responsible for designing the civil plans and details for the Bunn Elementary School addition. This included meeting with the Town for zoning and board meetings, construction administration for the civil work and final inspection approval of the site work.

The civil design included an elevated building pad to be graded, a storm water piping system to direct water away from the building and play ground out back of the building, a fire truck access lane from the front of the main school building to the addition, and the utilities for the new building including all permits associated with the utilities and site work.
