The Public Safety Building project at Johnston Community College in Smithfield NC was a complex project in that there were 2 design sets, one for site work and one for the building. CT Clayton Sr., P.E., Inc. was responsible for designing both design sets and also the construction administration for both designs.

Bio-retention ponds were installed to regulate the storm water run off and meet Johnston County ordinances. Also, the utility plan for this project includes water, sewer, electrical, gas, and a reclaimed water line. CTC also completed all needed permits and applications for the site work.
